Special the nurse Lisa from TAU was so kind and professional, really looked well for me otherwise. I had to wait for water 1 hour finally I went to get it, swipe never arrive.
But uncomfortable.

The nursing staff were fine - the system is broke and common sense in short supply and I spent 4 days on a trolley difficult complaint fellow!

Staff very nice, but waiting 11 hours for surgery was too much. We should have been told to come in later than 7:30 am.
We had to drive 2 hours to get here to wait until nearly 11:5 hours had passed!
